This still has some problems with linear programming (specifically, the two-phase method).

EMANS aspires to be a front-end to various math softwares.

It started as a project for a university to replace an Operations Research tool.

Right now, it's only available as a command line & a web-based program (using apache as host, cgi for i/o, and perl to show web pages).

The problems this can solve are some numerical analysis (EMANS-NumAn) and operations research (EMANS-OR).
